Pretty Little Thing

I got this beauty by a total coincidence. I went for a dinner with a friend and ended up buying this super-douper vintage flowery briefcase-like handbag from the owner of DaisyVintageFashion. She is going to have a stall at the upcoming Code Mode, so I hope I manage to go there and visit her.
And I had the stupid idea of wearing trousers after some time and wore my Asos wide flair jeans, but it felt so unconfortable that I am not putting on trousers for at least a few months :)

My Best Friend

When my best friend entered a pub in her vibrant orange trench coat and a funky hat on, I knew I had to finally make her do a photoshoot with me. I planned to do so for a long time as I adore her colorfull wardrobe and want to steel half of her funky accessories and jewelery :)

Gabi's style is influenced by street-style, breakdance and hip-hop culture, but on the other hand she is also into glamour - bows, vintage jewelery and lace is her thing. She is mixing both with grace, combining her cool Converse shoes with a lace bow hairband and dotty top. She bought some of her most original pieces in UK and British style is the closest to her taste. Gabi loves bright colors and is glad that the neon colors trend is back, as she already has quite a few vibrant accessories from the past years anyways :). She is planning to buy the plastic Melisa shoes and her dream is to wear one day a tutu skirt a la Carrie in the Sex and the City.

She is a neverending source of inspiration for me and always surprising! love xxx

Color Me Bad

As much as I am trying not to be too influenced by recent trends and keep my wardrobe true to myself, I totally lost the battle with bright colored accessories. I am now craving a bold colored handbag and will not rest until I get it :)

Shiny Happy People

Above are some more pics from the amazing weekend in Milano. We were lucky enough to come there at the time of Carnevale Ambrosiano. The atmosphere was just amazing, smiling people on the streets, parade with costumes, carneval sweets and cakes in the bakery shops and cafes, everyone throwing confetti at each other... These were everywhere, in people's hair, in the air and covered the streets. I really need to come back one day...
