Leaving On A Jetplane

I adore these "packing" pictures, it evokes travelling in style to beautiful unknown places... I have my luggage packed too, although not in such a pretty way and I am off to my hometown. Have a great Easter everyone!

Just Trying To Be

 I cannot unfortunately make it to CodeMode this weekend so I at least do a bit of DIYing at home. I bought some components in my fav art shop and am playing around with it. Cecka - the legendary accessory of the 80's and the simpliest DIY ever :) Ordered via Aukro. The space ring was inpsired by DIY of Fashion Picanteria here.

Bohužel tento víkend nezvládnu jít na CodeMode, tak alespoň dělám nějaké DIY projekty doma. Nakoupila jsem nějaké komponenty v mém oblíbeném obchodě s uměleckými potřebami a vymýšlím, co s nimi provedu. Céčka - legendární doplněk osmdesátek je asi ten nejjednodušší DIY. Objednáno přes Aukro. Ten vesmírný prsten byl inspirován DIY Fashion Picanterie tady.

Meet Me Half Way

I met my lovely friend Eva today for some coffee and cake and ended up in Tesco buying the striped jumper above and a random frame for my dear native American boy :). I couldn´t leave it there for that price in sales. The almost plise skirt is from secondhand and the shiny refection on the picture is real, there is a golden silverish layer below!

Dneska jsem se sešla s kámoškou Evou na kafčo s nějakým tím dortíčkem a samožřejmě jsme skončily v Tescu, já kupujíc tento pruhovaný svetr a obyčejný rámeček pro mého drahého Indiána :). No nemohla jsem tam ten svetr za tu cenu ve slevě nechat. Ta jakoby plisovaná sukně je ze sekáče a ten zářivý odraz neklame, ta sukně má stříbrno-zlatou vrstvu vespod!

You Complete Me

In this post I wanted to show how buying one T-shirt worth some 30Kc in the secondhand can be the last missing puzzle piece in the whole wardrobe picture. Or so it seems to me, I have come up with many more outfits than these ones :) Oh and world premier, me wearing trousers :D I still dislake them in general, but I think this looks quite ok.

V tomto postu jsem chtěla názorně ukázat, jak může být tričko koupené v sekáči za nějakých 30 Kč tím posledním chybějícím puzzle kouskem dotvářejícím celý obraz šatníku. Nebo mně to tak aspoň přijde, vytvořila jsem s ním mnohem víc kombinací než jen ty nahoře:) Jo a světová premiéra na blogu, já v kalhotách :D Sice kalhoty všeobecně pořád nesnáším, ale toto myslím vypadá docela ok

HoyFashion UK streetstyle web is a neverending source of inspiration for me. I just love British street fashion. I guess it has to do with the fact that I lived in UK on several ocassions. I really miss their charity shops, cheap high street, brick a brack stores and  "I don´t give a fuck" attitude. Oh and fish&chips and fashion magazines.

HoyFashion web je pro mne nekonečným zdrojem inspirace. Já prostě miluju Britskou street módu. Asi to má co dočinění s faktem, že jsem v UK několikrát žila. Fakt mi chybí jejich charity obchody, levná high street móda, vetešnictví a "Je mi to u pr...." postoj. Jo a taky fish&chips a módní magazíny.

Yummy Yummy Yummy I Got Love In My Tummy

  I finally made it to the farm market on Jiriho z Podebrad square and what an amazing experience! It wasn't as big as I expected but  I found the tastiest biscuits I ever had there. I also bought some cheese and homemade apple juice with ginger. My friend bought among many other things fresh fillet of tuna fish and later on she cooked absolutely delicious lunch from it for me. Thank you Mari!

Dneska ráno jsem se konečně dostala na farmářské trhy na Jířáku a byl to super zážitek. Sice nebyly tak veliké, jak jsem očekávala, ale za to jsem tam objevila ty nejchutnější sušenky, jaké jsem kdy měla. Koupila jsem si taky nějaký sýr a domácí jablečnou šťávu se zázvorem. Moje kámoška koupila mimo jiné také filet z tuňáka a později mi z něj uvařila naprosto delikátní oběd. Díky Mari!

Let It Rock

I grew up listening to rock and although it might not seems so, I am a huge rock fan. Debbie Harry is one of my ultimate style inspirations. These are some pages from my scrapbook that I've done recently, more could be seen here.

Vyrůstala jsem na poslechu rockových pecek, a i když to tak možná na první pohled nevypadá, jsem velkou fanynkou rockové hudby. Debbie Harry patří k jedné z mých nejzákladnějších módních inspirací. Toto je pár stránek z mého scrapbooku z poslední doby, víc z alba tady.

I made the maxi dress, as seen here, shorter by simply knotting it in the waist part. I love versatile clothes :)

Zkrátila jsem jsem maxi šaty, které jsou k vidění tady, jednouchým zauzlením v oblasti pasu. Miluju vícestranně využitelné oblečení :)

I was going through some old magazines and came across this Nicole Richie's outfit which I really like, and realized I had something similar in my wardrobe :) Pitty I don´t have such legs and therefore can't wear shorts :)

Procházela jsem si nějaké starší časáky a narazila na tento outfit Nicole Richie, který se mi fakt líbí, a hned si uvědomila, že mám vlastně něco podobného v šatníku :) škoda, že nemám takové nohy a proto nenosím šortky :)

 Spring is finally here and love is in the air, so I thought I could introduce one of my favourite fashion brand campaign. I came across TheKooples few years ago in a French fashion magazine as it is originally a French brand. To me the couples pictured are super chic and so is the clothing. Go and check their web, there are some cute videos of the stylish couples too :)

Tak je tady konečně jaro a láska je ve vzduchu, tak jsem si říkala, že vám představím jednu ze svých oblíbených módních kampaní. Na značku TheKooples jsem narazila už před pár lety v jednom francouzském časopisu, značka pochází původně z Francie. Podle mě jsou jejich nafocené páry super chic, stejně jako samotné oblečení. Mrkněte na jejich stránky, jsou tam i videa těchto stylových párů :)
