Finally Free

I had finally a couple of free days last week and went to my favourite place in the Northern Bohemia. It was a great prolonged relaxing weekend connected with birthday celebration of my friend Eva. The weather was unexpectedly nice and sunny, and so we went for walks in the surroundings. One of them lead to a visit of fortresses built up before the second world war in the woods of Orlicke Hory mountains that should have served as a protection against nacist Germany. Moreover, we also went to a newly constructed watchtower Anna, the view was in a haze and it was really chilly and windy up there, but worth the climbing.

Me and Eva created autumn wreths, made pumpkin soup and marmalade followed by halloween masks, played with a new family kitty pet, ate home-made smoked brisket and cheese... I had a really great time, as always :) Thank you all involved! xxx
